Honestly: I laughed just like you. This is such an absurd absurdity that one should express condolences, but it seems so funny that the guard. How can it be that a company like EA has such an armless, legless and clinical system??

And over the summer this satanic system was never useful to me.

However, the time has come for justice to be restored. By that time I already knew exactly who was coveting my account (though I didn’t really understand, Elman, fuck you?), but it didn’t really matter. I didn’t invest any of my money in the games from there, just press versions, so I didn’t lose anything. But for the sake of honor and universal justice, something had to be done.

And that’s where the fun began. Firstly, the official technical support phone number… how can I tell you this, friends. It doesn’t plow stupidly. Doesn’t buzz or respond. For factual accuracy, we are talking about the number +7 495 642-73-97.

OK. Let’s explore the EA site for technical support and assistance. What do we see? No shit. I received a notification in the mail that my account has changed its email address and I can be free. Some confirmation? Link clicks? At least some security elements? Come on, this is not Origin style.

Next. Cooperating with Kostya. Why? Yes, because the radiant EA organized everything in such a way that even an appeal (!) you can access technical support only if you have an account. If you can’t log in to the site (which is unrealistic in the case of theft), you can go smoke. Okay, Kostya logged in (not on the first try) and entered the place where it is customary to seek help.
